The service
US Business Lookup republishes information from public business filings and lets you search and export it. Records can be out of date or wrong; check the issuing registry before relying on one.
Accounts and plans
You are responsible for your account. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, and export rows reset on the first of each month (UTC). Unused rows do not roll over.
Acceptable use
Use exports lawfully, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state privacy and solicitation laws. Do not use the service to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing. Do not resell the data as a competing database.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a purpose.
